Color Block Coat

Happy Sunday loves! I don't think I've ever been this excited about cool weather. As soon as the temperatures dropped, I couldn't wait to wear my color blocked coat. I ordered this a month ago. Just waiting for the perfect time to wear it. This coat is such a statement piece. My intent with this look was to let the coat speak for itself. By adding a faux leather legging and cream sweater. I had just enough edge without taking away from the coat.

Chic girl tip: Simple hair and accesories let your statement piece remain the focal point of your look.

Chic on the go

Hello loves!  I'm super excited about my short work week. It seems like I've been so busy lately, relaxing and spending time with my family will be at the top of my to do list. Today's look is dedicated to all of the women who want a chic on the go look. I love comfy clothes when I'm busy running errands. But, ditching my sweats is easy to do with chic pieces.  A moto jacket and cable knit sweater are chic essentials that should be in all of our wardrobe. Not to mention adding a moto jacket to pretty much any look will make you look chic. If you are against wearing a pump, try a simple black or white chuck taylor. I hope you all have a blessed holiday week!

Black on Black

Hey Everyone! What a perfect day for all black. Many consider black clothing to be boring and one-dimensional. I strongly disagree of course. Black on black is definitely a go to look of mine. Black is such a simplistic and classy color. Another bonus  of wearing black on black is that it is very slimming. Also, try adding  a pop of color and your favorite lipstick with black. You will love it!  Thanks for checking out my blog loves!

70's inspired

Hey loves! The weather was amazing today. I'm all for 70 degree weather in November.  I'm super obsessed with my soft and comfy flare leg pants. Flare leg pants are making a huge come back. I always think of the 70's , when I think of flare leg pants. I have a couple of pairs of denim as well. I can't wait to wear them! I'm a petite girl, So I almost always have to wear  a heel with this style of pant. This  trendy look, can be worn out with friends, movies, or a date night.  Thanks for viewing guys! Check the end of this post for ensemble details.

Scarf It Down!

Happy November loves! Whew this year is flying by. I'm finally getting used to the cooler temperatures. It seems like every year I forget about all the cute scarves, I've bought the year before. Today, I'm wearing one of my faves. I typically wear this scarf the traditional way. But, Today I  decided to wear it as a shawl. When buying a scarf my motto is "The bigger the better". Large scarves give us so many options. Such as, the wrap around look, belting your scarf, wearing it as a shawl, or try a poncho. You can't go wrong with a nice scarf. It kind of serves as the sweater you forgot to bring. Check out ensemble details below.
