Frilling in Gingham

Hey Loves! It's so secret that I love a good sale. Misguided had one of their 50% off sales and I couldn't resist this dress. I'm already in love with all things frill. But, dresses are super easy when in a style crunch. I'm finding that I gravitate to dresses more and more.

A popular trend for spring and summer is gingham print. From Zara to H&M. Gingham print is everywhere. Try the trend with denim, Florals, or bold accessories.  Believe it or not, you can definitely transform this dress in to a  cute casual look. Grab your favorite pair of classic sneakers and large tote to create an casual on the go look.

Weekend Love

Hey loves! There's nothing like a sunny day. This weekend was beautiful to say the least. I wore a new kimono I purchased a month or so ago. I will admit this is another item I will have on repeat all spring/summer. Kimono's  are a fun statement piece that can be worn by themselves or layered with cute bottoms. 

Being, that I'm a print lover. I usually gravitate towards printed kimonos. It's less work to style. Because, the print usually speaks for itself. Just add a simple bottom and shoe and you're done. A solid kimono is also a great piece to add to your wardrobe. I usually add a printed bag or shoe to spice up the look. Whatever, way you choose to style it. A kimono is one of those pieces that is effortless and chic.
