Pom Crazy

So, I'm going to cut to the chase. Why are poms and tassels so darn cute!? Can one have too much of this trend? I'd have to say no. There are subtle ways to incorporate this style in to your wardrobe without going overboard.  This trend erupted a couple of years ago and has been going strong every since.

Honestly, this look is pretty basic. I thought it was so funny that I had so much of this trend. I had to get a couple of shots. Since, pom clothing  can create a huge fashion statement on its own. I opted to keep my look simple. By wearing a wide leg jean and large hoop earrings. You have  to be careful not to go overboard when styling this trend. So, I'd say one Pom or tassel item at time.

I almost forgot mention, how much of this trend you can find in beachwear. From kimono to sarongs, this fun and versatile trend is everywhere. If you're not a huge risk taker. Try a small item in this trend first. I'd suggest a cute pair of earrings or a bracelet. Below, I've displayed some of my personal faves. Click the link below to shop these looks. Thanks for Stopping loves.

Date Night!

It's the end of the week loves! We made it! lol I'm hoping for a chill weekend. Just me and my loves. I might try to sneak in a date too. It's crazy how life gets so hectic that we often forget the simple things.

My date night style has been consisted of very casual clothing as of late. However, I love grabbing a pair of chic heels and showing a little leg when I'm out with my guy. Summer is the perfect time to have fun with your style and explore items that you wouldn't normally wear.

If skirts and heels aren't your thing. Try pairing an embellished flat sandal with a tank dress or jumpsuit. I love grabbing statement pieces such as clutches, necklaces, and earrings. The ultimate goal when having date night is to have an awesome time with the one you love. However, there's nothing wrong with being  fly while doing so. Lol

Vacation please!

Hey loves! I'm determined to become more consistent with the content that I post on my blog. Blogging can be very tedious at times. Especially, if you're a person like myself who's overly critical of every picture you take. Sigh, I'm learning to embrace my flaws with confidence and grace.

My goal with today's look, was to hone in on my love for bohemian style clothing. There's just something so easy and free about bohemian looks. I'll be reiterating this often this summer. But, kimonos are my absolute fave right now. I don't care if I dress them up or down. I get so many compliments when I wear them.

Another item I've been reaching for more and more is cute flats. I'm not picky about which kind of flat either. I love printed ones or neutral simple ones. I find flats to be a great alternative to heels when you're vacationing. Did someone say vacation?! I'm so ready for one!
