Be Encouraged

Hey Babes! 

Happy end of January! It’s on my heart to tell all of you to be encouraged. We often spend so much time....trying to convince others that we are worthy of their time, attention, and love. When the spirit of worry and doubt is released. You are able to have peace and self discipline. I too struggle with this. I can be such a “ Worry Wart” at times. But, where there’s faith there is no worry. 

The Styling: 

Today’s look is simple but packs a bit of a punch. If you’ve followed my blog for a while. Then, you know I love statement pieces. From a statement earring to a bag. It’s an easy way of sprucing up a somewhat basic look. My typical bag of choice is a printed clutch bag. However, when I saw this embroidered oval bag. I knew I had to have it. The style is super cute and I loved the flower detail. My red tunic/dress has been in my closet for some time. I’ve been patiently waiting for the right time to wear it. It’s super comfy and can be worn layered with jeans or as pictured.  I’ve promised myself that I will not allow clothes to simply sit in my closet. So, I have plenty of chic looks coming guys.

I hope you all had an amazing weekend. Here’s a simple look with a pop of animal print to add a little edge. A girl can never go wrong with a pop of animal print. If animal print isn’t your fave. Many of you know that Free People is one of my all time favorite brands. I just love the fit and quality of their clothing so much.  I snagged this button down for under $30 during the holiday. What, I love about this piece is the option to wear it as a shirt or a dress. I’m 5’3....pieces like this one work really well for us short girls. I’d add a cute pair of jeans or denim shorts for a different look for Spring/Summer.

Back like I’ve never left.
